I’m here to help! As a New York State licensed home inspector, I will always strictly adhere to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice set forth by article 12b as it pertains to Real Property Law.
With Dan there are no surprises! With 25+ years of experience, I’ll help you identify anything and everything that you should know before you buy – including those tough to spot issues that creep up in later years – all at an affordable flat rate.
Dan has performed several home inspections for my clients. He always performs an extremely thorough inspection and provides a very detailed report to the buyers. Dan always takes the time to answer any questions they may have as well as explain any potential issues he comes across. As a realtor, part of providing a great home buying experience to my clients is ensuring that I refer them to knowledgeable and reliable industry professionals. All of my past clients have had nothing but excellent things to say about Dan and I will definitely continue to recommend him in the future!

Minor fixes are expected and painting can even be fun! Getting a home inspection can uncover major problems so your clients won’t have any unexpected surprises later on.
Dan welcomes all real estate agents and their clients to follow along during the inspection. While it’s not a requirement, it is a great idea to follow along with Dan as he inspects the property. Dan will be examining the home from top to bottom and this is the perfect time for your client to ask questions!
While we provide an excellent report there is nothing quite the same as gaining hands-on experience with the property in order to gain insight into the condition of the home. It also gives you another opportunity to build rapport with clients. What we know from our experience is that every house will need some work. Some have minor defects, while others have more significant problems that may need to be fixed before your client moves in.
